Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

  • Received a damaged or defective product
  • Received a wrong item or size
  • Product does not match the description

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance offers
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Used or washed garments

Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective items, subject to availability.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.

Return Pickup

  • We offer reverse pickup in most serviceable locations.
  • In case reverse pickup is not available, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated during the return process.

Processing Time

  • Return request approval: 24–48 hours
  • Pickup and quality check: 3–5 days
  • Refund initiation: 5–7 business days after approval
