Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted in the following cases:
- Received a damaged or defective product
- Received a wrong item or size
- Product does not match the description
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance offers
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Used or washed garments
Refund Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for size issues or defective items, subject to availability.
- If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
Return Pickup
- We offer reverse pickup in most serviceable locations.
- In case reverse pickup is not available, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be communicated during the return process.
Processing Time
- Return request approval: 24–48 hours
- Pickup and quality check: 3–5 days
- Refund initiation: 5–7 business days after approval
