Delivery Delays

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing the order.
  • Pashet will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Undelivered Orders

  • If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, we may:
    • Re-ship the order (additional shipping charges may apply), or
    • Process a refund after deducting shipping and handling charges
